These Terms govern use of https://volgramllc.com and professional services quoted or performed by Volgram LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.
Who we serve
B2B fleet managers, shops, and commercial operators. By requesting work you confirm you are authorized to bind the company that owns or operates the vehicle.
What we sell
On-site / mobile professional services for commercial and fleet vehicles, including electrical systems, diagnostics, ECM programming and calibration as permitted by law, engine and aftertreatment repair, truck/trailer work, fleet maintenance, and emergency mobile service in Atlanta / Metro ATL. A website description is not a promise that every listed item is available on every job. We do not publish fixed prices or packages: every job is individually quoted in USD, and a quote is not a binding bid until it is accepted in writing.
Quotes vs work
A web form or email is a request, not a contract. Work starts when we accept a quote in writing or begin authorized work. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice, in USD.
Site use
Do not misuse the site, scrape it abusively, or submit false job data. We may refuse service.
Lawful ECM and emissions work
We do not install, sell, or advertise defeat devices, “deletes,” or calibrations whose principal effect is to bypass required emission controls. ECM programming and diagnostics are offered only in compliance with applicable U.S. law, including the Clean Air Act. We may decline any request that would require illegal tampering.
Customer responsibilities
Safe access to the vehicle and site, a person authorized to approve extra work, and accurate vehicle information. We are not liable for hidden damage, prior tampering, or faults we could not reasonably see.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Volgram LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including downtime, lost loads, rental vehicles, or lost profits). Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount paid to us for that job.
Warranty of workmanship
Unless an invoice says otherwise, labor is warranted as commercially reasonable workmanship for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts, if we ever supply them, follow the manufacturer’s warranty only. Exclusive remedy: we re-perform the deficient labor. No warranty if the vehicle was altered, neglected, or used in a way inconsistent with the repair.
Intellectual property
Site content belongs to Volgram LLC. Do not copy the site as a competing service listing.
Governing law
Georgia law, without conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Georgia, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
