Volgram LLC (“Volgram,” “we,” “us”) operates https://volgramllc.com and related service-request forms. We provide on-site fleet and commercial vehicle services in the United States.

What we collect

Business and contact data: company name, your name, email, phone, job site city/ZIP or address.
Vehicle / fleet data you send: year, make, model, engine family, mileage, VIN if you provide it, photos of the vehicle or fault, description of the problem.
Site data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar for the site to work and to understand traffic.
Payment data: if you pay us, Stripe collects and processes card details. We do not store full card numbers (PAN) or CVV on our servers.

How we use it

To respond to quotes, schedule and perform work, invoice, prevent abuse of the form, improve the site, and meet legal or accounting duties. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers that host the site, email, or database.
Stripe, if a payment is processed.
Technicians or subcontractors only as needed to do the job.
Authorities if required by law.

We do not sell or rent contact lists.

Retention

Quote and job records are kept as long as needed to perform the work and for ordinary business, tax, and warranty records, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

If you are a California resident you may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold, or ask whether we have sold or shared it. We do not sell personal information. Security

HTTPS on the public site. Privileged database access is server-side only. Payments via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). No method is perfect; you send vehicle and site details at your own risk of ordinary internet transmission.

Children

The site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
