Volgram LLC keeps commercial vehicles working across Atlanta and Metro ATL. We are business-to-business: fleets, shops and commercial operators who need a unit diagnosed correctly the first time.
Who we are
We exist because parts-swapping is expensive
Most of the trucks we are called out to have already been somewhere else. A code was read, the nearest component was replaced, and three weeks later the same fault came back. That cycle is the single most expensive thing in fleet maintenance, and it is almost always a diagnostic failure rather than a mechanical one.
Volgram is built the other way round. Our work starts with live data, circuit testing and load testing at the vehicle, and a part is only replaced once we can explain why it failed. That takes longer at the front of a job and much less time over the life of the unit.
Everything we do is mobile. Our technicians travel to your yard, your jobsite or the roadside with the diagnostic equipment and tooling for the work, which means no tow bill to get a unit to a shop and no waiting for a bay to open up. Emergency dispatch runs around the clock.
We are a growing company, and we would rather be honest about that than inflate a track record. What we will commit to is a real diagnosis, a price agreed in advance, and a straight answer when a job is outside what we can safely do at the roadside.

Diagnose before replacing
A code is a detection event, not a diagnosis. We test the circuit and read live data before condemning a part, because the alternative is you paying for our guesses.
Quote before we roll
You get a scope and a price before a technician is dispatched, and a call if the scope changes. No open-ended labor.
Say what we will not do
We do not perform emissions defeat work, and we will tell you when a unit needs towing instead of more roadside hours. A straight answer is worth more than a sale.
Leave a written record
Findings and work performed are documented, so the next person working on that unit — us or anyone else — does not start from zero.
