Electrical Systems
Electrical faults are where fleets lose the most time, because the symptom and the cause are rarely in the same place. We trace circuits, read live module data and test under load before anything is replaced, so the repair is the one the truck actually needed.
Electrical systems repair
Charging, starting, grounds and harness work
Alternators, starters, battery banks, cables, grounds, connectors and damaged harness sections. We repair the circuit rather than swapping the nearest component, and we test the result under load before the unit goes back into service.

Live data, module and network testing
Full scan across engine, aftertreatment, transmission, brake and body controllers. We read live data and freeze-frame rather than a code list, and we check the J1939 network itself when modules stop reporting.

Lawful flashing, calibration and parameter setup
Factory-authorized calibration updates, replacement-controller programming and customer parameter configuration such as road speed, idle shutdown and PTO settings. All programming is performed in compliance with applicable U.S. law; we do not perform emissions defeat work.

No-power, shorts, parasitic draw and grounds
Voltage-drop testing, parasitic draw isolation, short and open location, and intermittent fault tracing. This is the work that resolves the trucks that have already been to two other shops.
Request this serviceStarting and charging systems
Batteries, starters, alternators tested under load
Load testing of the whole starting and charging circuit, not just the battery. We identify whether a repeat no-start is a battery, a cable, a ground, a starter or a draw somewhere else in the vehicle.
