## How work is delivered

### Emergency dispatch

Call and a technician is routed to the truck where it sits — roadside, dock or shoulder. Available around the clock across Metro ATL.

Best for: No-start, breakdown, derate on the road, a load that has to move tonight.

### Scheduled on-site work

We book a window and come to your yard or jobsite. Diagnosis, repair and programming happen where the unit is parked, with no bay queue.

Best for: Known faults, follow-up repairs, jobsite equipment, work that can wait for a slot.

### Fleet maintenance program

A recurring schedule across the units you nominate, with written inspection reports so repairs get planned around dispatch instead of interrupting it.

Best for: Operators running multiple units who want fewer surprises and a documented history.

## Process

01. **Tell us what the truck is doing.** Call or send a request with the unit, the engine family and the symptom. Fault codes and when it started help, but they are not required.
02. **We scope it and quote it.** You get a clear description of the work and a price before a technician is dispatched. No open-ended labor.
03. **Diagnosis at the vehicle.** Live data, circuit testing and load testing at the truck. We find the cause before anything is replaced, and we call you before the scope changes.
04. **Repair, verify, document.** The repair is completed and verified under operating conditions, and you get a written record of what was found and what was done.

# About Volgram LLC

Canonical HTML: https://volgramllc.com/about
Markdown: https://volgramllc.com/about.md

Volgram LLC keeps commercial vehicles working across Atlanta and Metro ATL. The work is business-to-business: fleets, shops, and commercial operators.

Most of the trucks we are called out to have already been somewhere else. A code was read, the nearest component was replaced, and three weeks later the same fault came back. That cycle is the single most expensive thing in fleet maintenance, and it is almost always a diagnostic failure rather than a mechanical one.

Volgram is built the other way round. Our work starts with live data, circuit testing and load testing at the vehicle, and a part is only replaced once we can explain why it failed. That takes longer at the front of a job and much less time over the life of the unit.

Everything we do is mobile. Our technicians travel to your yard, your jobsite or the roadside with the diagnostic equipment and tooling for the work, so you are not waiting for a bay to open up. Emergency dispatch runs around the clock.

We are a growing company, and we would rather be honest about that than inflate a track record. What we will commit to is a real diagnosis, a price agreed in advance, and a straight answer when a job is outside what we can safely do at the roadside.

## Facts

- Legal name: Volgram LLC
- Entity: Georgia limited liability company
- Service area: Atlanta / Metro ATL
- Model: mobile only — no walk-in location
- Hours: Mobile service 24/7
- Currency: all quotes and invoices in USD

## Commitments

### Diagnose before replacing

A code is a detection event, not a diagnosis. We test the circuit and read live data before condemning a part, because the alternative is you paying for our guesses.

### Quote before we roll

You get a scope and a price before a technician is dispatched, and a call if the scope changes. No open-ended labor.

### Say what we will not do

We do not perform emissions defeat work, and we will tell you when a unit needs towing instead of more roadside hours. A straight answer is worth more than a sale.

### Leave a written record

Findings and work performed are documented, so the next person working on that unit — us or anyone else — does not start from zero.

# Mobile fleet and truck repair services

Canonical HTML: https://volgramllc.com/services
Markdown: https://volgramllc.com/services.md

Every service Volgram LLC performs is delivered at the vehicle across Atlanta and Metro ATL. Quoted before dispatch. Invoiced in USD.

## 01 Electrical Systems

Electrical faults are where fleets lose the most time, because the symptom and the cause are rarely in the same place. We trace circuits, read live module data and test under load before anything is replaced, so the repair is the one the truck actually needed. When a controller itself needs an update or a replacement flash, we program ECM, MCM, ACM and CPC modules to their required operating condition.

- **Electrical systems repair** — Charging, starting, grounds and harness work. Alternators, starters, battery banks, cables, grounds, connectors and damaged harness sections. We repair the circuit rather than swapping the nearest component, and we test the result under load before the unit goes back into service.
- **Computer diagnostics** — Live data, module and network testing. Full scan across engine, aftertreatment, transmission, brake and body controllers. We read live data and freeze-frame rather than a code list, and we check the J1939 network itself when modules stop reporting.
- **ECM programming** — Engine control module flash, calibration and parameters. Factory-authorized engine control module calibration updates, replacement ECM programming after a module swap, and customer parameter configuration such as road speed, idle shutdown and PTO settings. All programming is performed in compliance with applicable U.S. law; we do not perform emissions defeat work.
- **MCM programming** — Motor control module flash and replacement setup. Motor control module calibration updates and replacement MCM flashing after a module swap, including injector-control parameters on Detroit-platform engines. The work restores the engine to its required operating condition. All programming is performed in compliance with applicable U.S. law; we do not perform emissions defeat work.
- **ACM programming** — Aftertreatment module calibration and replacement flash. Aftertreatment control module programming covering regen, DEF dosing, NOx and DPF-related parameters, plus replacement ACM setup after a module swap. The goal is a working emissions system that stays in regen and out of derate. All programming is performed in compliance with applicable U.S. law; we do not perform emissions defeat work.
- **CPC programming** — Common powertrain controller parameters and replacement flash. Common powertrain controller programming on Freightliner and related chassis — replacement CPC setup, customer parameters such as road speed, idle shutdown and PTO, and powertrain-interface configuration. All programming is performed in compliance with applicable U.S. law; we do not perform emissions defeat work.
- **Electrical diagnostics** — No-power, shorts, parasitic draw and grounds. Voltage-drop testing, parasitic draw isolation, short and open location, and intermittent fault tracing. This is the work that resolves the trucks that have already been to two other shops.
- **Starting and charging systems** — Batteries, starters, alternators tested under load. Load testing of the whole starting and charging circuit, not just the battery. We identify whether a repeat no-start is a battery, a cable, a ground, a starter or a draw somewhere else in the vehicle.

## 02 Engine & Aftertreatment

Aftertreatment problems are usually engine problems wearing a disguise. We diagnose the fuel, air and cooling side properly before touching the emissions hardware, which is what keeps the repair from coming back three weeks later.

- **Engine repair** — In-frame and component-level diesel repair. Cylinder head work, valve adjustment, gaskets and seals, oil leaks, low power and excessive blow-by. We scope the job against the duty cycle and the remaining life of the unit before recommending it.
- **DPF and emissions systems** — Regen faults, sensors, DEF and derate diagnosis. Incomplete regen, repeat derates, DEF quality and dosing faults, differential pressure and NOx sensor problems, and cleaning or replacement of restricted filters. All work restores the emissions system to its required operating condition.
- **Fuel systems and injection** — Injectors, pumps, rails and return testing. Injector testing and replacement, high-pressure pump diagnosis, rail pressure faults, return-flow testing and contaminated fuel cleanup. Hard starting, rough running and low power usually resolve here.
- **Cooling system repair and diesel flush** — Overheat diagnosis, radiators, flush service. Overheating diagnosis, radiator and charge air cooler service, water pump and thermostat replacement, fan clutch faults, and full diesel coolant flush with the correct specification coolant.
- **Glow plug service** — Cold-start circuits, controllers and plugs. Glow plug, relay and controller testing and replacement, plus intake heater diagnosis. Addresses hard cold starting, rough warm-up and white smoke on start.
- **Hard start and no start** — Systematic fuel, air, compression and electrical. A structured no-start diagnosis covering electrical supply, fuel delivery and pressure, air intake and compression, rather than replacing parts in sequence until it fires.
- **Air system repair** — Compressors, dryers, valves and leak isolation. Air compressor and dryer service, governor and valve faults, air leak isolation, and low-pressure or slow-build complaints affecting brakes and suspension.

[Group page](https://volgramllc.com/services/engine-aftertreatment.md)

## 03 Truck, Trailer & Reefer

A tractor that runs is only half of a working unit. We cover the trailer and the refrigeration unit as well, so a single dispatch can put the whole combination back into service instead of scheduling three separate visits.

- **Truck repair** — Class 6-8 tractor and straight truck service. Mechanical and electrical repair across medium and heavy-duty trucks, including brakes, suspension, steering, driveline and cab electrical.
- **Trailer repair** — Lights, brakes, ABS, air lines and landing gear. Trailer lighting and wiring faults, brake and ABS work, air line repair, landing gear, door and hardware repair. The items that fail an inspection and hold a load at the gate.
- **Reefer repair** — Thermo King and Carrier-type trailer units. Refrigeration unit diagnosis and repair covering start failures, temperature and setpoint faults, alarm codes, belts, and electrical problems on Thermo King and Carrier-type equipment.

[Group page](https://volgramllc.com/services/truck-trailer-reefer.md)

## 04 Fleet Care

Preventive work only pays if it actually happens. We run maintenance at your yard, on the units you nominate, at intervals that match how the trucks are used, and we report what we found so the next failure is not a surprise.

- **Fleet maintenance programs** — Scheduled PM by unit, with written reports. Recurring preventive maintenance across your units with documented inspection results, so you can plan repairs around dispatch instead of reacting to breakdowns.
- **Mobile maintenance** — Routine service performed at your yard. We bring the service to the vehicles. Routine maintenance runs while the units are parked between shifts rather than costing you a day of availability.
- **Oil and filter service** — Full-service oil, filters and inspection. Oil and filter changes to specification with a full walk-around inspection, fluid checks and any developing issues flagged in the report.
- **A/C services** — Diagnosis, recovery, recharge and repair. Air conditioning diagnosis, leak detection, recovery and recharge, compressor and control faults for cab and sleeper systems.
- **Transmission service** — Manual and automated transmission work. Fluid service, clutch and shift complaints, control and sensor faults, and diagnosis on automated manual transmissions.
- **Clean truck checks** — Emissions readiness and compliance inspection. Inspection of the emissions system and its readiness monitors, with a written summary of anything that would fail a compliance check and what it takes to correct it.
- **DOT inspection prep** — Find the write-ups before the inspector does. A pre-inspection walkthrough covering the items most commonly cited, so violations get corrected in your yard rather than at a roadside scale.

## 05 On-Site & Emergency

Every service we offer is mobile. When a unit goes down on I-285 at two in the morning, the objective is to get it moving where it sits, and to tell you honestly when it needs to be towed instead.

- **Mobile service** — We come to you — yard, jobsite or roadside. Our technicians arrive with diagnostic equipment and tooling. There is no queue for a bay and no waiting for a slot on Monday.
- **24/7 roadside assistance** — Round-the-clock dispatch across Metro ATL. Emergency response at any hour across Atlanta and Metro ATL. Call and speak to someone who can tell you what is likely wrong and what will be on the truck when it arrives.
- **Jump starts** — Get moving, then find out why it died. Emergency starting assistance, followed by testing of the batteries, cables and charging circuit so the same unit is not down again the next morning.
- **Fuel delivery** — Diesel and DEF brought to the unit. Emergency diesel and DEF delivery, including priming and restart after a run-dry event.
- **Emergency roadside repairs** — Get it rolling where it sits. On-scene repair of the fault that stopped the truck where it can be done safely and legally, with a clear call on when towing is the correct decision instead.

# Industries we serve

Canonical HTML: https://volgramllc.com/industries
Markdown: https://volgramllc.com/industries.md

Duty cycle — not brand — is what predicts how a truck's electrical and aftertreatment systems fail.

## Freight & logistics

### Regional & long-haul freight

Tractors and dry vans running scheduled lanes.

High-mileage units where a single roadside failure costs a load and a delivery window. Availability matters more than the ticket price of any one repair.

Typical pattern: Aftertreatment and injector wear from sustained highway duty, plus trailer lighting and ABS write-ups.

### Refrigerated transport

Reefer trailers where the load is the liability.

A refrigeration failure is a claim, not an inconvenience. We cover the tractor, the trailer and the reefer unit on one dispatch.

Typical pattern: Reefer start failures, setpoint and alarm faults, and trailer power supply problems.

### Final mile & delivery

Box trucks and vans on dense urban routes.

Constant stop-start work in Metro ATL traffic. These units rarely reach the operating temperatures their emissions systems were designed around.

Typical pattern: Incomplete regens, repeat derates, battery and starter wear from high cycle counts.

## Vocational & heavy duty

### Construction & aggregates

Dump trucks, mixers and jobsite equipment.

Machines that cannot easily be driven to a shop. We work at the site so the crew is not waiting on a transport.

Typical pattern: Vibration-related electrical faults, air system leaks, cooling and hydraulic heat load.

### Towing & recovery

Wreckers that idle on scene, then run heavy.

An unusual duty cycle: long idle periods followed by maximum load. Hard on charging systems and aftertreatment alike.

Typical pattern: Charging system strain, extended idle regen failures, PTO electrical faults.

### Refuse & recycling

Packer cycles all day, never reaching temperature.

The hardest duty cycle in the industry for emissions equipment, with hundreds of start-stop events per shift.

Typical pattern: Chronic regen failure, DPF loading, starter and battery replacement intervals.

### Utility & line restoration

Bucket trucks and storm fleets with zero downtime tolerance.

When a storm rolls through, availability is the entire job. PTO-heavy operation with sensitive electrical loads.

Typical pattern: PTO and hydraulic electrical faults, auxiliary power draw, charging capacity.

## Passenger & specialty

### Motorcoach & transit

Passenger vehicles where a breakdown is a stranded group.

Coaches and shuttles carrying passengers on schedule. Comfort systems matter as much as driveline reliability.

Typical pattern: A/C and climate faults, door and body electrical, aftertreatment on transit duty.

### Landscaping & field services

Mixed light and medium fleets on daily routes.

Smaller mixed fleets where one truck out of service is a meaningful percentage of the day's capacity.

Typical pattern: Trailer wiring, brake controllers, charging systems on high-accessory vehicles.

### Owner-operators

One truck, and it has to run.

A single unit is the whole business. We give a straight diagnosis and an honest call on what has to be fixed now versus what can wait.

Typical pattern: Deferred maintenance catching up, aftertreatment, injector and turbo wear.

# Frequently asked questions

Canonical HTML: https://volgramllc.com/faq
Markdown: https://volgramllc.com/faq.md

## Service and coverage

### Do you come to us, or do we bring the vehicle in?

We come to you. Volgram is a mobile operation — our technicians work at your yard, your jobsite or on the roadside. There is no walk-in shop location and no waiting for a bay to open up.

### What area do you cover?

Atlanta and Metro ATL. If you are just outside the metro, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you in a useful timeframe.

### Are you really available 24/7?

Emergency and roadside dispatch runs around the clock, every day. Scheduled work such as maintenance programs and non-urgent repairs is booked into daytime windows.

### What kinds of vehicles do you work on?

Commercial and fleet vehicles: Class 6-8 tractors and straight trucks, trailers, refrigeration units, and motorcoaches. We also cover heavy-duty pickup platforms including Duramax, Cummins and Power Stroke.

### Do you work with individual owner-operators or only large fleets?

Both. Our work is business-to-business — fleet managers, shops and commercial operators — and that includes an owner-operator running a single unit under their own authority.

## Pricing and payment

### How does pricing work?

Every job is quoted before a technician is dispatched. You get a written description of the scope and a price, and we call you before that scope changes. All quotes and invoices are in USD.

### Why are there no prices listed on the site?

Mobile work varies too much by unit, location and fault for a published rate to mean anything. Rather than post a number that turns out not to apply, we quote the specific job. Ask for a quote and you will have a real figure to work with.

### How do we pay?

By invoice, in USD. When a card payment is taken it is processed by Stripe — Volgram does not store card numbers on its own servers.

### Do you offer fleet terms?

Fleet maintenance program customers can be set up on recurring billing. Contact us with the size of your fleet and how you currently handle maintenance and we will scope it.

## Diagnostics and programming

### Do you do ECM, MCM, ACM and CPC programming?

Yes. We program engine, motor, aftertreatment and common powertrain controllers — calibration updates, replacement-module flashing, and customer parameters such as road speed limits, idle shutdown and PTO settings. This work is performed in compliance with applicable U.S. law.

### Another shop replaced parts and the fault came back. Can you help?

That is a large share of what we do. Repeat failures usually mean the original diagnosis stopped at the code. We test the circuit and the live data before recommending any part, so the repair addresses the cause rather than the symptom.

### Do I need to have fault codes ready before calling?

It helps but it is not required. Codes plus context — when it started, what the truck was doing, what work was done recently — narrows the diagnosis faster than a code on its own.

## Scheduling and warranty

### How quickly can you get to a down truck?

It depends on where the unit is and what is already in progress. Call and you will be told a realistic time, not an optimistic one.

### What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled arrival. After that, or once a technician is already travelling, a dispatch fee may apply. The full terms are on our refund and cancellation policy page.

### Is the work warranted?

Unless an invoice states otherwise, labor is warranted as commercially reasonable workmanship for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts follow the manufacturer's warranty. If labor is deficient, we re-perform it.

### What happens if you cannot fix it on site?

You get a straight answer and a recommendation. If a unit needs to be towed or needs work beyond what can be done safely at the roadside, we will say so rather than run up hours on a job that will not finish.
